This past Friday In Chippewa Falls, WI, a man was arrested for his fourth OWI and bail jumping. During the arrest, officers !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! the plates mounted on the vehicle did not match the plates registered to the vehicle. Upon further inspection, officers discovered “the fake plates were carefully hand painted onto the back of a cardboard H amms beer case.” Naturally, the police department !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .
